Boston Scientific Summit - Radisson Collection

For the Boston Scientific Summit at the Radisson Collection Old Mill hotel, we delivered conference production focused on clear presentations, consistent branding and reliable system operation throughout the programme.

Tamara Rađenović Opera - Blue Hall, Sava Centar

Tamara Rađenović’s New Year concert in the Blue Hall at Sava Centar brought together more than 170 performers, including a symphony orchestra and choir, for a programme spanning opera, classical music, film scores and musicals.

Tall LED totems and large side screens framed the stage. A powerful sound system, stage lighting and carefully timed dry ice, smoke and indoor pyrotechnic effects highlighted the concert’s changing pace and key moments.

Gala Wedding – Hall 3, Belgrade Fair

The wedding in Hall 3 at Belgrade Fair was one of our largest productions. We transformed an empty hall into a fully equipped event venue, with set structures covering more than 2,000 m², fabric canopies across the ceiling, and specially designed stages for the performers and the couple.

The production included a distributed sound system, over 150 lighting fixtures, more than 100 m² of LED screens and live video coverage, alongside a wide range of supporting equipment and set elements.

TechnoBank - Crowne Plaza

Technobank, the international banking technology conference and exhibition at Crowne Plaza, welcomed more than 500 industry representatives and over 40 exhibitors. The main stage combined custom scenic panels with LED displays. Additional screens on exhibition stands, sound systems and confidence monitors supported both the conference and exhibition.

L’Oréal - Infinity Beton Hala

The launch of L’Oréal’s new mascara brought together staging, video, lighting, branding and projection mapping for a striking visual experience. A bespoke rigging system lifted a large set piece towards the ceiling during the programme, revealing the product at the central reveal moment.

Coficab - Klub S Jakovo

For Coficab’s corporate New Year celebration, we delivered complete technical and visual production designed around the brand and the atmosphere of the event.

MoravaCem – Popovac Football Stadium

MoravaCem’s factory celebration was a large stadium production for around 5,000 visitors, with complete stage design and infrastructure to match. A central stage roof, large LED displays, lighting and sound systems were integrated with branded areas, bars and power distribution.

Yandex - Hilton Belgrade

Yandex’s CTO Day at Hilton Belgrade ran across several conference rooms, each with its own audio, video and lighting control and technical team. LED screens, set design, sound systems, ambient lighting and stage effects were coordinated with each room’s programme.

Smart eGovernment – Hyatt Regency Belgrade

Each year, Smart eGovernment at the Hyatt receives a conference setup designed around its programme and visual identity. LED screens, a custom stage, branding and conference systems come together in a clear, professional layout.

Premium Pet - Delta City

The Premium Pet exhibition at Delta City featured a central stage with an LED screen, branded elements and a runway fitted to the shopping centre. Custom staging, sound and venue furnishings created a practical, coordinated setting.

SLD 2026 - Hilton Belgrade

The Serbian Medical Society’s 2026 obstetrics and gynaecology congress at Hilton Belgrade ran simultaneously in two rooms, each with its own stage and conference setup. LED screens, confidence monitors and presentation systems supported the programme, while set design, ambient lighting and stage effects shaped the rooms. Photo backdrops, LED totems and wayfinding completed the event branding.

SHAC - Kać, Novi Sad

The opening of SHAC’s first European plant in Kać, near Novi Sad, took place inside the new production facility. A central stage and LED screens supported the formal programme, while branded sets, photo backdrops, carpets and furnishings prepared the space for guests. Simultaneous interpretation and overhead stage lighting completed the production setup.

Aperol - Pietra Terrazza, Kalemegdan

Aperol’s promotion at Pietra Terrazza in Mali Kalemegdan brought influencers together in an outdoor setting overlooking the city. An LED totem, sound system, ambient lighting and stage effects set the mood, with orange smoke and stage spark effects marking the main moment of the evening.
